Yes, I said to quit your job. In spite of your mis-givings, here is what to do.
1. Give yourself time to document your dis-satisfactions with your current job. It might be YOU that needs to change, not the job!
2. Focus on what you want to do next. Do you know? If so, make a plan. If you don't know what to do, make a plan anyway! Get busy to decide whichtransferable skills you want to use in your next job.
3. Get happy! You want to do this, don't you? Use lots of that extra energy to have fun.
4. Have a financial plan to sustain you after you quit. Make sure you have at least 6 months of savings to tide you over.
5. Leave the job with an open heart and graciousness. (Maybe you have decided to stay, and look more closely at yourself).
6. Quit! You'll be a diffent person, when you do.
